The clinicians and staff at the practice have access to a telephone interpreting service. It generally only takes a moment to get an interpreter on the line. You should ask for an interpreter if you need one. You should not need to bring a family member with you to translate if you do not wish to.

If you need access to a British Sign Language interpreter, we can arrange this for you. Please let us know in advance so we can ensure you have access to this. You can use AskMyGP to request this.

Patient update from Tudor Lodge Surgery:

Like other GP practices, we are affected by the current national shortage of blood tubes.

In order to continue blood tests for people with the greatest clinical need, we are delaying routine and non-urgent blood tests in line with national guidance.

If you have an appointment booked in the next few weeks the reception team will be in touch via phone or text. Your appointment will be rescheduled once the situation is resolved.

We will be providing regular updates on our website, which we encourage you to check for the latest info.

Please don’t contact us – we will be in touch with you when appointments can be rescheduled. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
