We have an on site physiotherapist – Aravind Rajagopal (on site Mondays and Fridays with additional remote capacity between Aravind and another Physio colleague Navmita Bhosle).  This is a ‘first contact physiotherapy’ service, where they can undertake an initial assessment and treat/ refer as appropriate.  

Locums

We have been using locums recently due to 1 GP on maternity leave and 2 GP vacancies.  We are recruiting currently (as at August 2023).

Improved Access

We are working together with other local practices to offer patients access to more appointments in the early mornings, evenings and at weekends. To find out more about these services, please contact the practice.

The Reception Team

The main role of the Reception Team is to manage the appointment booking system and to ensure patients are seen by the most appropriate doctor or nurse. They are also responsible for answering the telephone system in a timely fashion and assisting the patients with a plethora of requests. They meet and greet patients at the Reception desk and are able to deal with most general clerical enquiries and they assist with the maintenance of patient medical records.

Administration Team

Claire Fieldhouse – Administration Team Leader

The Administration Team comprises a range of functions and teams including medical secretaries, prescription clerks, read coding/scanning of documents and managing the workflow for the surgery.
