Repeat Prescriptions overview

Go paperless

We are trying to promote a paperless service so that we can provide your prescriptions quickly and efficiently without delays. The first step is to nominate your preferred pharmacy. This way we can send your prescription electronically.

Once you have nominated a pharmacy for your prescriptions, there are several options to order repeat medication. See below.

OPTION 1

The quickest and easiest way to get your medication is to sign up to the NHS App.

For a full list of other online options, visit the apps page.

To access the online services, please download and complete the online services form and bring it in to the practice along with your identification.

OPTION 2

Sign up with your preferred local pharmacy for their repeat medication service.

Remember that this can add a day or two to the process unless you have gone paperless.

OPTION 3

Tudor Lodge Surgery allows email requests:
nsoccg.TLSscripts@nhs.net

This practice does NOT allow requests by telephone or fax.

Patient update from Tudor Lodge Surgery:

Like other GP practices, we are affected by the current national shortage of blood tubes.

In order to continue blood tests for people with the greatest clinical need, we are delaying routine and non-urgent blood tests in line with national guidance.

If you have an appointment booked in the next few weeks the reception team will be in touch via phone or text. Your appointment will be rescheduled once the situation is resolved.

We will be providing regular updates on our website, which we encourage you to check for the latest info.

Please don’t contact us – we will be in touch with you when appointments can be rescheduled. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
