Directory of Services for Children and Young People
A comprehensive directory of services for children and young people has been published. This covers a wide range of health, wellbeing and support services available in this area (including some of those mentioned below and many more).
XenZone is a provider of online mental health services for children, young people and adults. Kooth, from XenZone, is an online counselling and emotional well-being platform for children and young people, accessible through mobile, tablet and desktop and free at the point of use.

OTR
These sessions run every week throughout the year, but there are other Hubs that pop-up across Bristol and South Gloucestershire at different times and venues time. Keep an eye on this page, or sign up to the OTR E-Newsletter for the latest on when and where these are.

Self-Injury Support
A significant amount of change and development has taken place since 1988, but their core aims remain the same:
- To relieve sickness and promote the health of women who self-injure and are emotionally distressed, by offering support to such women and their families
- To advance the education of the public about self-injury and mental health issues through the provision of training and information

Improved Access

Unity
Unity are a free NHS service providing STI testing and treatment, contraception and pregnancy advice for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
The service is confidential, non-judgmental and for people of all ages, genders and orientations.
