We have launched our new system!  

Thank you all for your patience and for bearing with us as we start with our new system.  We anticipate it will be a few weeks before we have really settled into using it and it becomes as slick as possible.  

Don't forget, you do NOT need a login for this service.... you will enter your details and it will automatically check if you are a patient with us.  We will add more information to this page as we receive feedback and produce some Frequently Asked Questions.  

If you are adding a request for someone else, for example a child, please enter their details, not yours.  

Launching on 5th May 2026, our new system to replace Ask My GP

This system offers us intelligent access by asking relevant questions for patients with NEW symptoms which help us safely get you to the right person at the right time and will offer some direct booking for some appointments.

You will also be pleased to know that you don't need a login name or password to use the system!  Please be assured that the technology this uses isn't to replace your GP, its to get you to them in the safest timescale.
