Please help us to manage requests by contacting the surgery as early as possible during the day, thank you for your help.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

PLEASE BE AWARE that when we experience either very high demand or have low capacity (eg due to sickness of clinicians) we SWITCH THE SERVICE OFF. This is to ensure that any clinically urgent patients can be seen. If the service is SWITCHED OFF, please call and speak to a receptionist who can take your details and let you know the current situation. Please also keep an eye on your emails as we will keep in touch if there are delays in responding.

Patient update from Tudor Lodge Surgery:

Like other GP practices, we are affected by the current national shortage of blood tubes.

In order to continue blood tests for people with the greatest clinical need, we are delaying routine and non-urgent blood tests in line with national guidance.

If you have an appointment booked in the next few weeks the reception team will be in touch via phone or text. Your appointment will be rescheduled once the situation is resolved.

We will be providing regular updates on our website, which we encourage you to check for the latest info.

Please don’t contact us – we will be in touch with you when appointments can be rescheduled. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
